Moky Makura

Moky Makura was born in Nigeria, educated in England and has lived in London, Johannesburg and Lagos. She has been a TV presenter, producer, author, publisher and a successful entrepreneur in her own right. She is currently the Executive Director of Africa No Filter, a donor collaborative focused on shifting the African narrative.

Lerato Mogoatlhe

Lerato Mogoatlhe is the Community Building Lead at Africa No Filter. She is a media professional with more than a decade of experience gained in various roles in publications that include City Press, Sunday Times, Drum and Cosmo SA.

Natasha Kimani

As Head of Partnerships and Research, Natasha leads ANF’s efforts to connect and build the field of narrative changemakers and to make narrative evidence based and relevant to African conversations.

Victor Mark-Onyegbu

Victor Mark-Onyegbu is Grants Lead at Africa No Filter, overseeing grantmaking and programing in both the Arts and Culture and the Media sectors. Before joining ANF, he was Regional Program Manager at the British Council, responsible for delivering on the British Council’s creative economy programs in Nigeria, West Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), including a cross-regional program, New Narratives, spanning SSA, North Africa and the devolved nations of the UK.

Nasya Smith

As the digital community lead at Africa No Filter, Nasya Smith oversees ANF’s digital presence and engagement. With over six years of experience in the storytelling space, she has headed up digital communications campaigns across the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region for governmental and international development organizations.

Taziona (Taz) Sitamulaho

Taziona (Taz) Sitamulaho is the project manager at Africa No Filter. With her natural coordination and hands-on approach, Taz has over 15 years of experience in corporate and non-profit making organisations.
